Mr.Lalith Piyum Perera, Chairman/Director General of NYSC of Ministry of Youth Affairs and Skill Development participated as the Chief Guest of the SAPYC closing ceremony held at the DBTC on 23 Dec.2011.Ms.Samadani Kiriwandeniya, Chairperson- SANASA Development Bank was the Guest of Honour. Rev.Fr.Dickson Fernando- Director DBTC, Dr.Deshapriya S. Wijetunge- Director General SUNFO Dr.Subba Rao- Director NYP of GPF, Mr.Lalith Piyum Perera and Ms.Samadani Kiriwandeniya address the gathering. Many cultural items were presented by youth across South Asia.
